Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your tracking information may not be available immediately after placing your order because the order must first be prepared and processed.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to appear and begin updating within the carrier's system.
Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may not be immediately available. Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required during the claims process.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs procedures.
